Returns

RETURNS:

You may return your purchase in original packaging for any reason within 20 days of ship date, for a complete refund excluding shipping charges.

Please note, return shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer, unless there was a mistake on the order.

If there was a problem with your order  you must contact us first to get your return authorized so that you can get reimbursed for your shipping.

Refunds

When we receive your returned item(s) we will issue a credit to your card excluding shipping charges within 7 business days.

Please allow additional 4-5 business days after the refund is processed for the transaction to post in your account.

Please be advised, if you received free shipping with your order, $5.00 USD will be subtracted from your total refund for domestic shipping charges.
